PAST COMMISSIONS

Forties and Fives (Feb 2020) Site-specific piece for IOU’s Speaking Tubes installation.  The piece is for flute, bass flute, gongs and dulcimer and has been really exciting to work on as the nature of the installation allows for movement and loads of bass so you really get to feel enveloped in the music…

Due to the Covid lockdown, all the Speaking Tubes commissions were reconfigured for home listening, available at https://www.ioutheatre.org/articles/speaking-tubes-online-new-commissions-622 Listen through headphones for the full effect!

Find out more about all four commissions, as well as the technology behind the installation in this artist talk from June 11th 2020… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FEoMQhzkTMw
